The Education of Shelby Knox

I know these shirts made the rounds of the blogoshpere a while ago but by the time I got to them they were sold out and the young artist who designed them was waiting to move across the country before making more - but they're baaaaack!!

A perfect was to celebrate Women's History Month, the shirts feature fierce feminists who changed the world. Alice Paul, Gertrude Stein, Emma Goldman and Charlotte Perkins Gilman represent to the ladies of the First Wave, while Second Wave silhouettes include Gloria Steinem, Audre Lorde, Bella Abzug and Angela Davis.

I love one in the picture above, of Gloria Steinem and Dorothy Pittman Hughes. And this one, with Victoria Woodhull. And the Simone de Beauvoir hoodie also rocks my world. Yeah, I know, I'm a hopeless, hopeless dork - and I revel in it!
