As a public service, I warn you never ever to click on one of those Reunion.com solicitation emails that says one of your friends was looking for you and you need to sign up NOW to reunite with your long lost bud. NO. JUST DON"T DO IT.
One of my friends got one, clicked the 'NO' button in the body of the email, which immediately gave the program the indication it could spam her entire email list (like 2000 people, in this case) and tell them she is looking for them on the site. And then the cycle continues.
We found a phone number for the CA company if you too have been spammed and would like to call and yell. It's 1 (888) 704-1900. Yes, we're aware it probably won't do much good but companies hate bad PR and sometimes they mess with the wrong people. And it might make you feel better!
