I don't know all the details on the FBI stings, but here is a list of cities where agents conducted raids to rescue child prostitutes and arrest the accused pimps (yeah, never ever any mention of their sick, twisted johns):

Now the question is what happens to the child sex workers now that they've been found. For some, prostitution may be their family's only income and they will find their way back in relatively quickly. Others, I have a feeling, may face charges if they've been picked up before. They ALL need services, counseling, and medical care and NONE of them need to be harassed by the cops.
And, all together now, WHAT ABOUT THE JOHNS?
