This is the same thing we defeated in Colorado - the North Dakota House just voted to give fertilized eggs the same rights as you and me. And the Senate and the Governor are both anti-choice.

All I can say is that my Phd bound daughter in law loves her home state N.D. but not it politics & living now in Colorado worked for the defeat of the similar amendment there. As to Texas I've driven hundreds of miles out of my was to avoid it on my way to visiting my sister-in law.
